![]() I had the same problem with the very first design on my 500E.I rotated it to keep it as large as possible. This is where you can reduce it in your software because the machine won't open the file when it exceeds the embroidery area. ![]() If you can't open a file greater than 200 x 200 it sounds like you've either selected an incorrect hoop.or.the design is a tiny bit too large for the embroidery area, it doesn't take much to exceed this area. The stitch count in your design is not a problem you can go up to 200,000 stitches. Firstly you will need to reduce your design a little in your 's been years since I used Wilcom so not familiar with it now, but it should be under an 'edit' menu.
